ID2Office converts the text, associated fonts, paragraph structure, property information, frames linking information, tables, graphics and other InDesign object and document properties to the corresponding Microsoft Office property format; converting every page to an equivalent page in the resulting Word/PowerPoint file.
During the conversion process ID2Office inspects the layout and structural details of the InDesign document maintaining the layout in the resulting Word/PowerPoint file.
ID2Office has been engineered from the ground-up to provide seamless integration with Adobe InDesign eliminating the necessity to acquire and install additional tools; resulting in enhanced workflow automation.
Note: Certain InDesign properties which can't be mapped to Word/PowerPoint formats are not converted. Furthermore InDesign stylesheets are not converted. Though the layout is maintained as accurately as possible certain properties such as text wrap around object and other layout elements at times are not maintained due to the inherent difference between InDesign and Word/PowerPoint
